Professional Background

Alexandra`s extensive negotiation skills result from her 20-years professional career in commodity trade. Five years as Key Account Manager in Hamburg, three years at the purchase department of Palmers Textil AG, over four years as International Category Manager at BauMax AG and eight years as Head of purchase department at ÖAMTC Betriebe GmbH in Vienna. Since 2022 she is consultant for organizational- and teamdevelopment, trainer and business coach. Alexandra combines many years of experience in various management positions with exceptional negotiation skills in the national and international environment. She knows the challenges of complex negotiation situations and passes on her input from practice to the seminar participants.
