Former competitive athlete with multiple participation in World and European Championships. 15 years of professional experience in trade and industry. Responsibility in various areas, especially in the fields of personnel and organisational development, sales and management. In his many years of work for Tempur Sealy International, Bernd Schnabl went through the various stages of sales and personnel development and was significantly involved in the development and implementation of Europe-wide projects. After several years as sales manager for the Tempur, Sealy and Stearns & Foster brands, Bernd Schnabl was responsible for Tempur Sealy Österreich GmbH in recent years. Today he works as a trainer, coach and consultant with a focus on negotiation training, negotiation coaching and leadership development.
