Master Degree in Electronics (Technical University Vienna), Education in the areas of communication, coaching, organizational setup and mental training.
20 years experience in the field of business – technique – people. 3 years Product Marketing Manager in High End measurement techniques, 7 years Strategic Product Manager for Ericsson in the telecommunication sector, 5 years at Microsoft Austria as Business Group Lead and 5 years at ACP IT Solutions as Business Development Manager and Partner Manager for Hewlett Packard. Many years of manager experience in both, leading own teams and project teams. Since 2011 Robert Lampl is also independent consultant, trainer and coach. He knows negotiations from several point of views: company-internal, with partners and customers; with development departments, in marketing projects, business management and sales; with people of different cultures.
