Hanno Hildebrandt is a graduate engineer from the Technical University of Braunschweig. In addition, he completed training as a mental trainer and business coach at Constance Seminars.

Professional background

Hanno Hildebrandt has more than 20 years of professional experience in the automotive supply industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. During his career, he held various leadership positions, including roles as Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager and Commercial Director.

In these functions, he was responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of business management, combining technical, commercial and organizational perspectives. Most recently, he led a division with 25 employees and managed a purchasing volume in the high triple-digit million range per year, covering areas such as metal, plastics, electrical engineering and electronics.

Through his work in both sales and purchasing, Hanno Hildebrandt gained extensive experience on both sides of the negotiation table. He developed a deep understanding of complex supply chains, cost structures and stakeholder interests, which plays a key role in his negotiation expertise.

Since 2019, he has been working as an independent negotiation and organizational consultant. In this role, he advises decision-makers in complex negotiation situations, particularly in purchasing and sales environments. In addition, he supports organizations with process analysis and optimization as well as with the implementation of organizational improvements, with a strong focus on procurement.

His industry expertise lies primarily in manufacturing and international trade. Hanno Hildebrandt combines many years of leadership experience with strong negotiation know-how and a structured perspective, always maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.

Hanno Hildebrandt leads the training programs “Negotiate Better – Achieve More” and “Effective Business Negotiations” (bilingual: German and English). In his training sessions, he emphasizes practical application and structured preparation of negotiations.
