Educational background

Degree in Business Administration (WU Vienna), studied Electrical Engineering (TU Vienna), certified Trainer and Coach for Business and Communication, further education in Digitalisation in the Area of Training, Gender and Diversity Management, recipient of several awards including the Honorary Prize from the Ministry of Education and the LENA Award for Digitalisation of Seminars.

Professional background

After completing her studies, Christine Knotek gained several years of professional experience at Accenture and KPMG Consulting as a business consultant in the areas of Change Management and Performance Improvement. In 1999, she founded Knotek Training, and since then she has been developing efficient and effective training concepts in the field of soft skills and has conducted more than 3,500 training sessions. The content of her courses focuses on communication, negotiation and leadership. Ms Knotek also works as a lecturer for various universities for applied sciences and as a coach and consultant for companies from a wide range of industries. She continues to develop and refine her negotiation skills by conducting numerous negotiations as a consultant and businesswoman.
