Professional background

15 years in international sales management at German mechanical engineering companies. Overseas stays in Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan, most recently as Vice President in a technical trading company with responsibility for a large purchasing and sales team. Initiation and leadership of a company-wide Sales Training & Coaching Program to increase effectiveness and optimize deals at critical sales moments. In addition, around 15 years of expertise in personnel consulting for sales, purchasing, and executive positions. Since 2018, Maik Richter has also been Managing Partner Europe at a Canadian company specializing in tool-based sales pipeline analysis.

Maik combines extensive leadership and project management experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, trade, and business consulting, with international negotiation expertise in sales, purchasing, personnel, and contract management.
