In his career, he has proven himself as Product Manager, Strategic Buyer, Head of CIO Office and Deputy Business Unit Manager in well-known companies (Intersport, Miba AG, Wacker Neuson) and various industries (retail and wholesale, automotive and IT services in the healthcare sector). His pursuit of lifelong learning and continuous development has enabled him to gain in-depth insights into various industries.

Since 2022, Martin Strasser has been a self-employed management consultant under the slogan "With brain, heart and humour" with a focus on executive coaching, mentoring, organisational development and change management.
