With more than 20 years of solid professional experience, Martin Strasser has systematically built his expertise across a range of key positions. His career is characterized by versatility and a continuous willingness to take on new challenges. Over the course of his career, he has proven himself in roles such as Product Manager, Strategic Buyer, Head of the CIO Office, and Deputy Business Unit Manager in well-known companies across various industries, including retail and wholesale, automotive, and IT services in the healthcare sector. His commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development has enabled him to gain in-depth insights across multiple industries. Under the slogan “With brain, heart, and humor,” Martin Strasser works as an independent management consultant. In this role, he combines strong business acumen with technical finesse—particularly at the intersection of applied artificial intelligence, leadership, and organizational development. Since 2017, Martin Strasser has been working intensively on the topic of artificial intelligence in business and organizations. Today, together with his fellow trainer Robert Lampl, he supports companies on their AI journey. With the mission “Lean AI in Sales & Purchasing,” they help organizations apply AI in a targeted and practical way in procurement and sales, and to initiate or further develop their AI journey. Martin Strasser stands for practice-oriented consulting with a clear stance: integration instead of hype, structure instead of randomness—and impact that lasts.

En GardE focus:

Martin Strasser leads various En GardE training and workshop formats, in particular the program “Besser verhandeln – mehr erreichen” (“Better business negotiations") and the “Corporate Negotiation Strategy” program. In addition to training, he conducts coaching sessions and supports teams as a consultant in negotiation processes. Most recently, Martin—together with his fellow trainer Robert Lampl— has also taken responsibility for the topic of AI in negotiations. Both have played a key role in developing this topic at En GardE in close collaboration with the Managing Partners and continue to lead its ongoing development in this dynamic and innovative market environment.
