Professsional background
Sebastian Raible has nearly 25 years of experience on both sides of the negotiating table – in purchasing as well as in sales. Throughout his career, he has held various management positions in international corporations and medium-sized companies, including Siemens AG, Volvo AB, Belden Inc. and Nidec Corporation.
A key focus of his professional work lies in the automotive supply industry. In this environment, he gained extensive experience in managing complex business relationships, negotiating with global partners and operating within highly competitive and cost-driven markets.
In his most recent role, he served as Global Sales Manager for a Japanese group. In this position, he was responsible for a business volume in the mid three-digit million range and led teams across three continents. His responsibilities included the management of international sales activities, coordination of global accounts and execution of complex negotiations with customers and partners.
Through his experience in both purchasing and sales, Sebastian Raible developed a deep understanding of different stakeholder perspectives and negotiation dynamics. He is familiar with both sides of commercial decision-making and is able to apply this knowledge in a structured and practical way.
Today, he works as an independent management consultant, supporting decision-makers in international companies. His areas of focus include strategy development and implementation, cost-down programs, restructuring initiatives and complex negotiations with customers and suppliers.
